PARKING PERMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Throughout this document the term ‘permit’ will be used. This will cover the newly introduced (March 2026) e-parking permits.

These terms and conditions cover flat rate annual parking permits.

  1. Permits are available to county residents and non-residents alike.
  2. Holders of a permit will not be guaranteed a parking space on demand, but will be entitled to free parking (subject to availability of spaces) in any of the car parks below:
    Loggerheads Country Park
Bwlch Penbarras Car Park, Moel Famau Country Park
Moel Fenlli Car Park, Moel Famau Country Park
Coed Moel Famau Car Park, Moel Famau Country Park
  3. Where an e-parking permit has been issued it will only be issued in respect of a (one) specific vehicle.
  4. Where there is a change of vehicle a new permit will be issued free of charge. A request will need to be made to the Council to do this.
  5. Permits are issued subject to the vehicle being fully road worthy and having valid road tax, MOT, and insurance for the duration of the permit. Failure to comply will result in the permit being revoked.
  6. Vehicles are left at owner’s risk. The Council accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage to persons, vehicles, accessories, or contents, unless caused by negligence, wilful default, or breach of duty of the Council.
  7. Vehicles must be able to occupy one space only.
  8. The permit is issued subject to the rules and regulations in force in the car park (see signage in car park) and as laid down by Denbighshire County Council/Natural Resources Wales and may be withdrawn if there is a breach of such rules and regulations.
